This company was extremely unpleasant to deal with. They were rude and unprofessional with lots of hidden fees and unhonored advertisements. I would never recommend this company.

I am sorry that your experience with Storage Banc was not what you expected. However, let me assure you that there are no hidden fees or charges. There is simply a monthly rental fee for the use of your storage space. Any additional charges and fees come from failure pay as agreed, and are in compliance with and goverened by the Missouri Self-Storage Act. All self-storage operators in Missouri are required to follow these same procedures regarding deliquent tenants. All of our rentals are subject to a Satisfaction Gurantee. We are committed to providing the best service and best value in self-storage in the St. Louis area.

I have been a Storage Banc customer for the past eight years. Unfortunately, I recently lost my position as a pharmaceutical representative and had to vacate my storage unit last Friday. The folks at Storage Banc have been great to work with. The property is clean, secure and well managed. They go the extra mile to take care of their customers. They accepted and signed for all of my deliveries. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs storage. Great service, great value, great people.

I will tell all my family members and friends to use Storage Banc from start to finish very proffesional and freindly. Very user friendly no truck to rent load once and your done no long hallways in a Self Storage facility to go down no stairs to climb. When they said load at your door they were not kidding! I was very impressed with the staff and also my rates for the storage. Very clean unit. 1st month was free, that's a bonus as well. I highly recommend to anyone. Very good experience.
