nightmare experience

I was a patient of dr. stolle for approximately four years. I never needed any work done by him to relieve a problem. With each cleaning his visit was just a review. Then came the time i needed a crown which ended up costing close to a thousand dollars, even with insurance. So he ground down my tooth, very painful, i went home and a couple hours later the numbing had worn off and i was in pain. They said call the office in you were having pain, so i did; and was told they would let him know and get back to me. Well, i let one and a half hours go by and no call. When i called the office they told me they told him, but that now he is in a meeting. Needless to say i was pretty upset. All this time i thought i was in good hands,truly cared for by these so called proffessionals, that i paid handsomely for this procedure. I had no problems til i let that arrogant bozo touch me and found out the priorities and professionalism of this man are screwed up. Dont do it. Unfortunately i found him thru 1-800-dentist. BE CAREFUL!!!!

I have been very happy with the service that I have received at Hawthorn Dental for the past three years. Dr. Stolle and staff are very friendly and gentle. Last year I transferred my daughters to Dr. Stolle after having them at a local pediatric dentist office which ALWAYS meant long waits and they couldn't be happier.

i have been very pleased with the care that i get from the doctors and the staff at hawthorn dental. evryone there is very nice and very willing to help with any matter i may have.

Don't Accept MetLife Plan

I was a patient of Dr. Bruce Stolle, at Hawthorn Dental. for about 12 years. They advised me at least 8 months ago that they no longer accept patients with MetLife Dental Plan.
