Good Dentist Bad Service

I chose Carrollwood Dental because I thought they were in my network. They told me they were in my network and charged me accordingly. 3 months later I get a bill for $113 dollars because they apparently are not in my network. I wouldn't have chosen them had I know this. They then sent me to collections because I refused to pay the difference. I will never use them again. Dr V was a good dentist though.

THEY OVERCHARGE AND SUBMIT FALSE INFORMATION TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. THEN THEY TRY TO GET YOU TO PAY MORE MONEY THAN ORIGINALLY TOLD SO THAT WHEN A CLAIM IS DENIED THEY CAN STILL MAKE MONEY OFF YOU! I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU GO IN WITH A TAPE RECORDER AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!!!!!!
