The Jewel Box is a 50-foot tall, art deco greenhouse featuring a variety of colorful annual and perennial flowers and plants throughout the year. It is located within Forest Park, near Washington University - St. Louis. The 17-acre park was built by the city of St. Louis in 1936, and in its prime saw almost 400,000 visitors a day.
